Memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the International Trade Centre (ITC)
On 25 July 2013 A.Likhachev, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, signed the Memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the International Trade Centre (ITC). The memorandum was signed earlier on 24 July in Geneva by ITC Acting Executive Director J.-M.Paugam.
The document is envisaged to give the cooperation between Russia and the ITC a new momentum and defines the scope of joint efforts for drafting and implementation of concrete projects. This includes, inter alia, the professional training programme for staff working on WTO issues.
