Statement by a representative of the Russian Federation as a “right of reply” during the discussion on Agenda Item 10 on the human rights situation in Ukraine

Mr. President,
During the current session, many accusations were voiced against Russia regarding the alleged "unprovoked aggression", much was said about "the democratic Ukraine with European values".
In this regard, I would like to respond to the EU countries, the US, Canada, Australia and other delegations supporting their stances, by quoting "heroes" of modern Ukraine and use their publicly available statements. Of those, whom you praise so much. Of defenders of the entire Europe from Russia – as they call themselves.
Former leader of the Ukrainian nationalist movement "Right Sector" Dmitry Yarosh: "We stand for Ukraine without kikes and katsaps...". A translation into common language: "We stand for Ukraine without the Jews and the Russians...".
Quote from a telephone conversation of the former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuliya Timoshenko: "I will rise the entire world... so that there is not even a scorched field left of this Russia!.. They should be hit with atomic weapons".
Former Chairman and Deputy of the Verkhovnaya Rada of Ukraine Andrei Parubiy: "I am a huge supporter of direct democracy myself. ...The greatest person who practiced direct democracy was Adolf Aloizovich (Hitler) in the 1930s".
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky on November 26, 2021, said this about the people who faced Ukrainian sanctions: "Not all representatives of these people are people. There are specimens, in my opinion".
The founder of the "Educational Assembly" organization Evgeniy Karas said this a month ago: "We have now been given so many weapons not because we are the good ones. Not because ‘they want the best for us’. Because we are fulfilling the tasks of the West. Because we are the only ones who are ready to fulfil them, we are enjoying ourselves, it's fun to kill and it's fun to fight".
Ex-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Aleksandr Turchinov has recently posted this: "We are ready to destroy ‘rusnya’ wherever possible. It is necessary to beat ‘rusnya’ not only in Ukraine, but also abroad".
A "Right Sector" nationalist Boris Bereza on March 9, 2022, announced a "safari" against a Russian military correspondent in his Telegram channel.
A "Right Sector" activist Demyan Ganul on March 9 called for "taking the opportunity" to sweep Odessa from representatives of the opposition and the Orthodox Church. In a comment section to his appeal, nationalists publish information with addresses and property of potential victims.
Gennady Druzenko, the head of the Mobile Hospital project and, as he calls himself, a lawyer and a publicist, recently admitted on live television that he "ordered doctors to castrate captured Russian soldiers, because they are not people, but cockroaches".
On March 15, during a live broadcast of the 24 TV channel, its host Fakhrudin Sharafmal quoted a Nazi criminal Adolf Eichmann and called for killing Russians and their children: "And if we have to slaughter all your families for this, I will be among the first to do it.... And we hope that such a nation as Russia and the Russian people will never remain on this Earth again. And if Ukrainians have the opportunity, what they are, basically, doing right now - to destroy, butcher, kill, strangle moskals".
I would like to hear how the wardens of democracy sitting in this hall could comment on all of this?
And these are the people who are being supplied with lethal weapons by the EU countries and the US.
It is also high time for the High Commissioner and the OHCHR to take into account and evaluate such Nazi statements, as well as the actions of Western countries supporting these people. However, she (Ms. Bachelet) remains persistently silent about all of this.
And the Ukrainian delegation should not thank us for the fact that we have spent our right of reply by quoting Ukrainian politicians and public figures.
Thank you for your attention.
