The Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the United Nations Office and other International Organizations in Geneva presents its compliments to the United Nations Office, other International Organizations and all Permanent Missions in Geneva and has the honor to inform with great sorrow about the tragic death of
H.E. Mr. Andrey Karlov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to the Republic of Turkey, following the terrorist attack on December 19 in Ankara.

The book of condolences will be opened at the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation on

Wednesday, December 21, at 10:00‑12:30 and 15:00-17:00,

Thursday, December 22, at 10:00‑12:30 and 15:00‑17:00

at the following address: 15, Avenue de la Paix, Geneva.
